You can then send them a direct message to enquire about their services, availability, and any other questions you may have if they’re a pro member. It's an easy and convenient way to start a conversation. They’ll reply directly to the email you used to create your account - simple! If they’re not a pro member, you’ll be taken to their website instead.

Yes, you can! Wellbub allows parents to read reviews and check ratings for service providers via our integration with Google. These reviews provide valuable insights from other parents who have used the services, helping you make informed decisions. You can also leave a review from a service providers profile. We’ve also built a handy ‘ask a friend’ button on every profile so you can share their profile with your friends or community for a second opinion.

You’ll notice our wellbub pro members have a more complete profile with social media links, client stories and more. You’ll also notice the little purple ‘tick’ next to their name, indicating that they are an wellbub pro member. Basic profiles do not have this. There’s no difference between these types of service providers other than wellbub pro members are paid members of the platform.
