Our Basic Membership is free and allows you to create a simple profile, listing your primary services, business details and credentials. Our wellbub Professional Membership is a paid subscription that offers an enhanced profile, featuring unlimited services and specialisms, personalised text, client stories, social media links and access to direct messaging from potential clients. Professional members also gain access to our private service provider community, exclusive events and newsletters.

When you register with us, you’ll be able to provide your ‘Display Title’ as part of the registration process. This will be the name that appears in the search results. This could be a full name like ‘Sasha Thomas’ or a brand name like ‘Sparkles Baby Classes’, it’s entirely up to you.

Pro members will have a ‘contact’ link on their profile for users (parents and expectant parents) to contact them directly. You’ll receive that enquiry straight to your email inbox where you can reply directly to your potential new client. Basic users won’t have this feature on their profile.

The only verification we perform is to check the business is formally registered with the correct details in the service provider’s specified country of operation. We do not verify credentials, experience or client stories. You’ll be charged the subscription fee upon sign up and this is when your subscription period will begin. We aim to approve all profiles within 24 hours.

You can simply log in to edit your profile. Once you’re logged in, navigate to your profile and you’ll be able to edit the fields right there. You’ll also be able to manage your subscription from there too. Easy!
